I am very sure many will not celebrate.
Sale committee members already seen appearing in banks as early as yesterday.

I am celebrating and i am grateful. if it had gone through right at the start, i would have bought farrer court which was available then at about 400k and now sit on cash - but i did not. the silver lining is that with this financial downturn, at least the payout can buy you something. The critical thing is speed of process - then the value is more accurate. At that time, Shunfu was going for 300-400k, lakeview 300-400k - I was enquiring. did not buy these either. If it had not been so prolonged the money we had gotten then would have bought you a hudc - hey you must compare apple with apple - and still have money to spare. You can still do so now. I just dont understand why people think that selling an old hudc should entitle you to a brand new, large condo. Its like selling a 20 year old merc and expecting that money to be able to get you a brand new one. Be realistic!
