Reveal No 3

No one has yet to give me the impression of how much they understand the contract they signed apart from those behind it.

Minton has quite a lot of bankrupt people. I do not know if those who pushed the sale so hard are amongst them. Too bad for these people, even if they refused to sign, the official assignee would agree once a letter goes to them via the sale committee lawyer.

There are a fare bit of divorced cases too.

Do not feel too comfortable where you stay. People are doing checks on you and they know your financial situations to.

Records showed there was an interested party who was willing to pay higher then what the sale committee was promoting. Everyone would reap a better payout as compared to now. Per household can get 30 to 40 thousand more. It was not followed up and they took it upon
themselves without revealing this when there was an EOGM held.

Also, some residents who had better connection wanted to help out in search of a better price, but that was also turned down.

Please be careful what you say. If what you say is true with hard evidence, that there was an interested party with a firm offer, then the sales committee can be sued for negligence. Hearsay is not evidence. If not they can sue you for libel. Further, i do recall some people saying they can get a better offer. I also remember that they were given some time to prove themselves, and nothing came out of it. I am not in the sales committee and do not know them that well either - but i do believe that sometimes the work they do is a thankless task. As for financial records, this is between them and the banks - and bankrupts are published in the newspapers anyway.

*#&@^%#(*# you out of your confinement cell already! during the days in stb, talks were all over, those stupid so called 'not greedy' residents kept quiet when the minority needed more money to fight. whentold to get their own lawyer, they all disappeared.

It is good to be able to vent your anger and frustration. But whatever you do, dont jeopardise the completion and the disbursement of the money. I have waited a long time for this small windfall. It brings me closer to my planned retirement. My other options are to buy a new bigger car, an investment property, or long deserved holiday.

urgent! important! act!

A new problem has cropped up. The present management committee is suing a few guys for $100k for owed management and other fees.
That would mean a delay in the completion date. For each day delayed, the buyer wants each household to us $160+.

We must impress upon Mr Ken Pereira, Mr Bernard Tee and other members to the minton rise mc that they would be causing us unnecessary delays and money.

Just imagine. $163 a day. $1,630 for 10 days and $16,300 for 100 days.

So whether you are pro and against the en bloc, if you dont want to lose your trousers/pants, go knock on the doors of the mc members and tell them to wake up and stop the case.

Pathetic. You really are desperate.

Are you one of them who owe the estate money? Dont think you can escape so easily.

They will take the outstanding loan from your sales proceed. No free lunch for you!
